At Recognition Design & Marketing Ltd., we are committed to operating with integrity, fairness, and respect for human rights. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all their forms, including forced labour, child labour, bonded labour, and exploitation.
We are a UK-based creative agency specialising in design and marketing solutions. While we consider the risk of modern slavery within our own business to be low, we recognise that risks may exist within our supply chains, particularly where goods or services are sourced internationally.
We are dedicated to ensuring that:
Our business practices uphold the highest ethical standards.
Our suppliers and partners share our commitment to fair treatment and compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Any concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
To help prevent modern slavery, we:
Carry out checks on new suppliers and require them to follow ethical standards and ensure they have up-to-date Modern Slavery Statements and Policies in place.
New suppliers are vetted by both directors to make sure they adhere to the latest legislation on Modern Slavery, ecological and ethical standards.
Include clear clauses in contracts requiring compliance with modern slavery laws.
Provide training to employees on how to identify and report risks.
Offer a confidential way for employees and suppliers to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
We are carrying out due diligence to ensure our workers are not trapped in debt bondage.
Working to develop key performance indicators relating to our policy on modern slavery.
Staff are advised to review information on Modern Slavery from NGO unseenuk.org
We are committed to continually improving our processes to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains. We review our policies and practices regularly to make sure they remain effective.
