Lymington-based father and son garden designers needed a brand identity for their rapidly growing business and turned to Recognition as a local creative design agency for a solution.
Bowercot’s brief to us was to create a natural looking brand which reflected their services and conveyed their extensive knowledge of plants and flowers. They wanted the colour green to feature as the main brand colour.

Bowercot’s new logo needed to appeal to a wide range of customers. Everyone from an elderly person needing advice on creating a low maintenance garden to corporate clients needing landscaping for their headquarters so we investigated various different typographic solutions along with natural colourways to create a sharp and professional logo. The use of a more traditional typeface combined with the pastel colour and traditional floral icon suggest experience and trustworthiness and creates a strong identity which was then applied to signage, business cards, leaflets and posters.
